Situated high up above the mountain village of Torvizcon in La Sierra de la Contraviesa, and reached by a dirt track road, the farm is about a 30 minute drive from the village. There is a large old ruin (approx 200 sq m) to restore and this is set in land of very approximately 40,000 sq m. The land is a mixture of flat and some steep and is cultivated with almonds and olives. There is another small outbuilding for farm produce. There is a private entrance to the farm, although the main dirt track road is shared with other neighbours. This is an excellent opportunity to buy a productive farm at an extremely attractive price. The farm would also make a beautiful retreat and there is ample land where landscaped gardens could be recreated. The farm enjoys a small amount of spring water and mains water is shortly to be connected. From this elevated position the house commands beautiful views and is in a very quiet and peaceful location. The village of Torvizcon has several bars, a hotel, shops, bank, chemist, doctor's surgery, town square, town hall, playground, municipal swimming pool etc. The market town of Orgiva is about 45 minutes by car.
