The owners of this superbly situated home with views, parking, easy access and brilliant views are friends of mine. That measn I can assure you that everything in this house will be 100% pukka. Nothing hidden, no corners cut and a realistic, "let's get on with it" price.

This approximately 14 year old home looks traditional but comes with a real bonus; fully insulated cavity walls! The wooden windows are larger than average to get full benefit of the views and have tradional with rejas

Total construction is about 140 m2 and the landholding is 28,000 m2 of which 13,000 m2 is fully fenced with chain link.

The sellers keep 2 horses on the fenced land which is on a lower level, away from the house, and includes a large brick stable and a corral.

Elsewhere on the land there are 3 purpose built double dog runs and kennels, ideal for pets or as a dog boarding business (subject to the usual consents). There isn't currently a pet boarding business in the area.

Seperate from the house and with its own entrance is the guest suite, large studio room with own en suite shower, wc and hand basin. This also has heating and lovely views and gives guests privacy from the main house.

The house is approached through large iron gates and has a large parking area there is a boulle pitch and many nice features inc water fountain. The car port allows for 1 large car to be parked in the shade.

At the rear of the house is a fully tiles pool 8m x4m, with solar cover that keeps it clean and the water at a good temperature even in spring and autumn. It is surrounded by a terrace with a pergola of wood and fabric for a shaded dining area, there is a large built and tiled barbeque on the terrace. This is the area with the stunning sea and mountain views,we look out towards the port of Malaga in one spot and Torremolinos in another. On a clear day we watch large cruise ships make their way to Gibraltar from Malaga and we also can see the Atlas mountains in Africa. This view is also enjoyed from the master bedroom and living room.

The house is extremely private and although it is down a track, most of which is concreted, the access is excellent for the village (7 mins) and Malaga 20mins, 30 mins to the airport, and when the new bypass is finished next year even quicker.

We have full power electric, mains water and also a well. There is a 6,000 ltr storage tank for water too.

We have 360 Degree views and are situated at 2,500 ft above sea level, which gives us a cooling breeze in summer and the sea facing aspect keeps us from too much cold in the winter. Most of the furniture will remain if wanted.

We have 250 almond trees and also fig and olives. Although we havent had the time to do much with them there could be a modest amount of money to be made if they were picked each year and sold. They always produce a lot of fruit.
