Located at about 1,000m altitude, with one boundary the road to the coast from Orgiva across the Sierra Lujar, rapidly becoming a tourist route with a newly opened rural hotel 1 km distant, a large (12 ha) plot of unirrigated land with fine views to the sea. On the land are three 100 sq.m. ruins, and the owner has had dug 2,000 holes for almond and olive trees.
